Following our Sheppard Medical Building completion and occupancy, construction of building’s retail 'A' is also complete, and the space is ready for the new home of Metro Pharmacy.
Sheppard Medical Building Construction Completion

We are thrilled that our Sheppard Medical Building construction is finally complete now and the building is ready to serve as the new home for North York Dermatology Clinic. Can’t wait to see the building occupied and operating. Stay tuned for the final photos.
Brooke House receives planning approval

We are excited that our Brooke House received smooth planning approval from the City of Toronto. Building Permit is underway and construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2022.

We are excited that our Logan House received planning support and smooth approval from the City of Toronto. An alternative proposal to increase density in downtown Toronto. Building Permit drawings are underway and construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2020.

Construction of the new F45 Training is completed and the space is ready for serious workout.

Construction has begun on our major commercial project; Sheppard Medical Building. The new two storey building accommodates retails on ground level and medical clinic above. The building is scheduled for occupancy in summer 2020.
