BAYVIEW TOWNHOMES

A design-build job with Karma Sustainable Design, the project is four townhomes situated in Bayview Village neighbourhood in uptown Toronto. The proposal includes two lot severances and addition of four stand-alone dwellings with special attention to streetscape and public realm enhancement.

The project is currently under construction and scheduled for occupancy in summer 2020.
