Located in the Bedford Park neighbourhood in uptown Toronto, this project is an infill single family dwelling designed for a young family of three. The building contains light-filled main living spaces in two storeys above grade as well as below grade basement with possibility for a secondary suite.

The project is currently in building permit stage and scheduled for construction in summer 2022.
