A fast track interior project, this medical office is a tenant fit-out located in a medical building in uptown Toronto. It is designed for a dermatologist with special needs within 2 months design and construction schedule. It includes four exam rooms, an office and waiting/reception area in 120 square meter. Spatial privacy is the main client’s requirement to be addressed in the scheme.
