The building frontage promotes an enhanced streetscape and public realm and integrates the building into the overall urban fabric. The glazed ground level extends the streetscape frontage into the building lobby and promotes a degree of connectivity to the city. Interior spaces are designed as open offices with neutral colours to facilitate maximum workspace flexibility.
